With 20 years in professional services, including 17 years in banking, I’ve built my career where leadership, talent development and commercial performance meet. Across major Australian banks, I spent 13+ years in senior leadership, led and influenced 400+ professionals, and influenced more than $3B in financial performance outcomes. I was selected to help design NAB’s Group Strategy for 2025–27.

At Base Camp, I bring that experience into professional mentorship: helping people see their strengths, understand the commercial context around them and turn potential into purposeful action.
